Structure
The
Management of the Horizontal Promotion Project of Brazilian
Fruits will be participative and shared by means of
an organizational structure set up as shown below:

General Coordination
The general coordination of the project will
be carried out by a board of IBRAF – Instituto
Brasileiro de Frutas [Brazilian Fruit Institute], composed
of a president, financial board and marketing board.
Management Committee
Management of the project will be carried out
by the IBRAF Marketing Committee, coordinated by the
entity’s Marketing Director and composed of representatives
from BRAPEX, Valexport, ABPM, Prófrutas, and
representatives of the lemons & limes, banana and
pineapple sectors.
Exportation Service Center
The Exportation Service Center of IBRAF will
be the organ that will provide support and sustention
to the fruit exportation base to handle all the demands
coming from the Horizontal Project, as well as any other
demand from the fruit sector, whether it be technical,
technological, mercadological, administrative or economical,
for the purpose of development and qualification to
gain access to the foreign market.
The Exportation Service Center Office is functionally
organized and coordinated, through IBRAF, by an executive
manager, and will advised by a technical committee be

e and oriented by a Council formed by entities and representatives
of the sectors involved in the Horizontal Project.
The execution will be carried out by national and foreign
Centers of Excellence authorized by the Service Center.
