The Yellow Honey Dew Melon

Refinement. A fruit that can transform any moment into something special. The Yellow Honey Dew melon grown in Brazil is delicious and it is an ideal food throughout the day.
With cold cuts it becomes an excellent suggestion for a sophisticated appetizer. Unprocessed or in juices it becomes an outstanding replenisher of energy, which makes it very appropriate for consumption after physical exercise.

How to recognize a ripe Yellow Honey Dew melon :

  • The colour of the rind should be uniformly yellow.
  • The pulp should not be dry.
  • The melon should be extremely juicy.

How to eat it in its natural state:

  • Cut the melon lengthwise.
  • Remove the seeds and the fibres that connect them to the pulp.
  • Cut the melon into cubes, removing the rind.
  • Store the rest of the melon in the refrigerator, covered with plastic film
