rind should be uniformly yellow.
- The pulp should
not be dry.
- The melon should
be extremely juicy.
How to eat it in its natural state:
- Cut the melon lengthwise.
- Remove the seeds
and the fibres that connect them to the pulp.
- Cut the melon into
cubes, removing the rind.
- Store the rest of
the melon in the refrigerator, covered with
plastic film
