This
recipe is very simple but it is simply wonderful and it causes
a lot of impact in your guests, specially if it is prepared
in front of them, because the flambéing brings excitement,
expectancy and fascination to most people.
Each portion should be prepared individually and as it is
served.
Ingredients:
3 spoons of sugar
1 small wineglass of good quality brandy
2 small bananas
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Heat a frying pan for about 2 minutes and put the sugar in
it to burn. When it gets to a golden color, add the bananas,
mixing it well with the burned sugar. Last, arrange the bananas
in the center of the dish and put the 2 ice cream scoops beside
it. If you want, you can also have whipped cream with it.
